Plankton are aquatic organisms that live in the water column and float with the current. Plankton are divided into two types, namely zooplankton and phytoplankton. Plankton can be used as a bioindicator of water quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the diversity of plankton in Situ LSI, IPB Dramaga Bogor. The composition of phytoplankton in Situ LSI is dominated by the Chlorophyceae. While composition of zooplankton was dominated by the crustacean group. The abundance of phytoplankton in Situ LSI was in the range of 241-138,284 cell/L, while the zooplankton produced ranged from 965-6,033 ind/L. The diversity of plankton is Situ LSI quietly high with none of species are dominate.
