Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kesadaran (Awareness) Generasi Muda Provinsi Lampung terhadap Tabungan Haji

Abstract

The waiting list for hajj in Indonesia, which ranges from 10-46 years, is an obtstacle for prospective pilgrims who will carry out the hajj. As many as 63-67% of elderly pilgrims have problems with metabolism or chronic diseases. Therefore, BPKH begins to socialize the young hajj program which aims to raise awareness of saving for hajj from an early age. This study aims to analyze the awareness of young generation towards hajj saving in Province Lampung and the factors that influence it. The data of this research is collected by conducting questionnaires to the young generation in Lampung Province. The sample that used was 100 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and logistic regression. The analysis results showed that religiousity, access to information, and perspective had significant positive relationship on the awareness of young generation in Lampung Province towards hajj saving.
