dc.description.abstractVitamin D dan C berperan penting dalam perbaikan kualitas telur, daya imun dan hatchability pada ayam broiler breeder fase produksi. Vitamin D berperan penting dalam penyerapan kalsium dan fosfor, regulasi hormon PTH, homeostasis mineral dan metabolisme tulang. Vitamin C berfungsi sebagai antioksidan yang melindungi sel terhadap kerusakan oksidatif dan meningkatkan fungsi sistem kekebalan tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi Nutricell HyC® (kombinasi 25OHD3 dan vitamin C) terhadap performa broiler breeder fase produksi. Ayam betina broiler breeder strain Cobb didistribusikan sesuai dengan rancangan acak lengkap kedalam empat perlakuan percobaan, dengan lima ulangan masing-masing ulangan menggunakan ± 308 ekor. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah suplementasi Nutricell HyC® dengan level dosis 0 g/ton (P0), 100 g/ton (P1), 200 g/ton (P2) dan 400 g/ton (P3) dalam pakan. Suhu kandang penelitian berkisar 25 °C–29 °C dan kelembapan 72%–75%. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi pakan, bobot badan, bobot telur, massa telur, hen day production, hen house production, deplesit, rasio konversi pakan (FCR), porositas kerabang telur dan profil darah. Peubah yang diukur dalam proses penetasan meliputi telur terang, telur meledak, telur tidak menetas, telur tetas, telur fertil, telur infertil, anak ayam yang diafkir, ayam yang terjual, penetasan telur fertil, kematian embrio awal, tengah dan akhir masa inkubasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (analyses of varian /ANOVA) dan jika terdapat perbedaan yang nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi Nutricell HyC® dengan dosis 100, 200 dan 400 g/ton Nyata menurunkan (P<0.05) konsumsi pakan, rasio konversi pakan, telur terang, telur meledak, telur tidak menetas dibandingkan dengan pakan kontrol. Selanjutnya suplementasi Nutricell HyC® dosis 100, 200 dan 400 g/ton Nyata meningkatkan (P<0,05) bobot badan, bobot telur, massa telur, hen day production, hen house production, porositas kerabang telur, daya tetas telur, telur fertil, chicksalable dan daya tetas telur fertil. Suplementasi Nutricell HyC® dengan dosis 100, 200 dan 400 g/ton tidak mempengaruhi deplesit, telur infertil, culling chicks, kematian embrio awal, menengah dan akhir. Hasil pengamatan profil darah H/L menunjukkan ayam broiler breeder tidak mengalami stres dan gangguan kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah suplementasi Nutricell HyC® 400 g/ton menghasilkan performa terbaik untuk ayam broiler breeder umur 34–46 minggu.id
dc.description.abstractVitamin D and C play an important role in improving egg quality, immunity and hatchability in broiler breeders in laying period. Vitamin D plays an important role in calcium and phosphorus absorption, PTH hormon regulation, mineral homeostasis and bone metabolism. Vitamin C functions as an antioxidant that protects cells against oxidative damage and improves immune system function. This research was to evaluate the effect of Nutricell HyC® (combination of 25OHD3 and vitamin C) supplementation on the performance of broiler breeders in laying period. This research used 6.158 female broiler breeders with Cobb strain which were distributed according to a completely randomized design into four experimental treatments, with five replicates of ± 308 birds each. The treatments were Nutricell HyC® supplementation with doses of 0 g/ton (P0), 100 g/ton (P1), 200 g/ton (P2) and 400 g/ton (P3) in feed. The research cage temperature ranged from 25 °C–29 °C and humidity 72%–75%. The observed variables were feed intake, body weight, egg weight, egg mass, hen day production, hen house production, deplesit, feed conversion ratio (FCR), eggshell porosity and blood profile. The variables measured in the hatching process included clear eggs, explode eggs, dis eggs, hatchability eggs, fertile eggs, infertile eggs, culling chicks, chicksalable, hatching of fertile eggs, early, intermediate and late embryo mortality. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there was a difference, it was continued with Tukey further test. The results showed that supplementation with Nutricell HyC® at doses of 100, 200 and 400 g/ton significantly decreased (P<0.05) feed intake, feed conversion ratio, clear eggs, explode eggs, dis eggs compared to the control diet. Furthermore, supplementation with Nutricell HyC® at doses of 100, 200 and 400 g/ton significantly increased (P<0.05) body weight, egg weight, egg mass, hen day production, hen house production, eggshell porosity, hatchability eggs, fertile eggs, chicksalable and hatching of fertile eggs. Nutricell HyC® supplementation with doses of 100, 200 and 400 g/ton did not affect deplesit, infertile eggs, culling chicks, early, intermediate and late embryonic death. The result of the observation of the H/L blood profile showed that broiler breeders did not experience stress and health problems. The conclusion of this research was supplementation of Nutricell HyC® 400 g/ton feed yielded the best performance for broiler breeders aged 34–46 weeks.id
