| Abstract: | Kerusakan lingkungan adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia bahkan dunia. Kampanye lingkungan
berperan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran pro-lingkungan di masyarakat luas. Kampanye lingkungan dilakukan
melalui media sosial Instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik
pengguna Instagram dan keterdedahan kampanye pro-lingkungan melalui media sosial dalam meningkatkan
kesadaran pro-lingkungan pengguna media sosial. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus akun media sosial Instagram
@sayapilihbumi dalam kampanye pro-lingkungan dengan responden berjumlah 82 orang dengan teknik
pengambilan sampel secara aksidental. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas karakteristik pengguna Instagram,
keterdedahan kampanye pro-lingkungan, dan kesadaran pro-lingkungan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji
korelasi Rank Spearman untuk data ordinal dan uji Chi-Square dengan alternatif uji Fisher’s Exact untuk data
nominal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran pro-lingkungan pengguna Instagram tinggi. Hasil uji
korelasi dan Fisher’s Exact menunjukkan karakteristik pengguna Instagram tidak berhubungan dengan
kesadaran pro-lingkungan pengguna Instagram, sedangkan keterdedahan kampanye pro-lingkungan
berhubungan dengan kesadaran pro-lingkungan pengguna Instagram. Environmental damage is a problem faced by Indonesia and even the world. Environmental campaign to raise pro-environment awareness in the wider community. Environmental campaigns are carried out through Instagram. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of Instagram users and the exposure of pro-environmental campaigns through social media in increasing pro-environmental awareness of social media users. This study takes the case of the Instagram social media account @sayapilihbumi in a pro-environment campaign with respondents, 82 people with accidental sampling techniques. The variables of this research consist of characteristics of Instagram users, exposure to pro environment campaigns, and pro-environment awareness. The data was processed using the Spearman Rank correlation test for ordinal data dan Chi-Square test with alternatif Fisher’s Exact test untuk data nominal. The results showed that the pro-environmental awareness of Instagram users was high. The results of the correlation test show that the characteristics of Instagram users are not related to pro-environmental awareness of Instagram users, while the exposure of pro-environment campaigns is related to pro-environmental awareness of Instagram users. |
