Abstract: Situasi pandemi Covid-19 membuat masyarakat semakin peduli dengan kesehatan mereka. Hal ini membuat beberapa masyarakat datang ke Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah untuk menjaga kesehatan setelah kondisi pandemi mereda. Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah sendiri merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengobatan tradisional dan spiritual. Permasalahan yang ada di badan usaha ini yaitu menurunnya kinerja karyawan yang disebabkan oleh rasa kurang puas karyawan terhadap beberapa sistem insentif yang diterapkan. Maka dari itu, penerapan sistem pemberian insentif yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kondisi badan usaha, dapat membuat kinerja karyawan lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi sistem pemberian insentif karyawan Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah di Jabodetabek, (2) mengidentifikasi kinerja karyawan Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah di Jabodetabek, dan (3) menganalisis insentif yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap insentif termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, begitupun dengan persepsi kinerja karyawan juga termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa insentif secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
In the Covid-19 pandemic situation, people are increasingly concerned about their health. This made several people come to Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah to maintain their health after the pandemic conditions subsided. Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah is a business entity engaged in traditional and spiritual medicine services. The problem that exists in this business entity is the decline in employee performance caused by dissatisfaction with several incentive systems implemented. Therefore, the application of the right incentive system and in accordance with the conditions of the business entity, can make employee performance more optimal. This study aims to (1) identify the incentive system for Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah employees in Jabodetabek, (2) identify the performance of Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah employees in Jabodetabek, and (3) analyze the incentives that affect the performance of Dewan Harkat Baitul Hikmah employees in Jabodetabek. The method used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The results of the descriptive analysis show that employees' perceptions of incentives are included in the poor category, as well as employee performance perceptions are also included in the poor category. The results of the SEM-PLS analysis show that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance.
