Kota Bogor mengalami peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor setiap tahun.
Bogor City has an increase number of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles every year. Increasing number of vehicles contributes significantly to half of the total pollutant emissions in urban areas with the main concentration being in heavy traffic areas where air pollution levels almost exceed ambient air quality standards. WRF-Chem (Weather Research and Forecasting-Chemistry) model is used to identify potentially exposed areas for pollutant distribution and estimate their dispersion and concentration model. Objectives of this study are analyzing of dispersion model for air pollutants in Bogor City and estimating PM2,5 and PM10 concentration using the WRF - Chem model. Based on the output of the WRF – Chem model, the maximum concentrations of PM2,5 and PM10 in July at 00.00 were 77,7 g/m3 and 257,2 g/m3. In contrast to July, in October the maximum concentrations of PM2,5 and PM10 from the WRF-Chem output occurred at 21.00 with concentrations of 61,9 g/m3 and 205,3 g/m3 respectively. The distribution of PM2,5 and PM10 in October did not show a different pattern from July. The months of July and October showed that the pollutants were concentrated in the northern part of the domain (Jakarta City, North Bogor City, and Tangerang). The pattern of pollutant distribution in Bogor City shows that most of the pollutants are dispersed to the northern part of Bogor City. In the morning, the wind blows from the north to the south of Bogor City.id
