Hubungan Tingkat Partisipasi Stakeholders dengan Efektivitas Program Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

Pelaksanaan CSR pada perusahaan telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dalam UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 terkait dengan perseroan terbatas. Kegiatan CSR wajib dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan yang aktivitasnya berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam berupa tanggung jawab sosial. Tanggung jawab yang dimaksud diimplementasikan dalam bentuk program CSR perusahaan. Tingginya partisipasi stakeholders mempengaruhi keefektivitasan suatu program. Efektivitas dapat diketahui dengan membandingkan output dengan tujuan program dan pendapat peserta program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat partisipasi stakeholders dengan efektivitas program CSR PT Indocement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan didukung dengan data kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi stakeholders memiliki hubungan dengan efektivitas program. Partisipasi stakeholders memiliki hubungan mendekati sempurna dengan nilai korelasi yang sangat tinggi terdapat pada partisipasi perusahaan.

The implementation of CSR in companies has been determined by the government in Law no. 40 of 2007 related to limited liability companies. CSR activities must be carried out by companies whose activities are related to natural resources in the form of social responsibility. The responsibility in question is implemented in the form of the company CSR program. The high participation of stakeholders affects the effectiveness of a program. Effectiveness can be determined by comparing the output with program objectives and the opinions of program participants. The purpose of this research to analyze the correlation between the level of stakeholders participation and the effectiveness of the CSR program PT Indocement. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method and is supported by qualitative data with in-depth interviews. The results showed that the level of stakeholders participation has a relationship with the effectiveness of the program. Stakeholders participation has a near perfect correlation with a very high correlation value found in company participation.
