dc.description.abstractEvaluation of the supplier's selection is at the core of supply chain management because the supplier of raw materials is closely related to the company. In improving supplier performance, the company implements a supplier selection system by considering sustainability factors (economic, social, and environmental) to eliminate all forms of risk that can cause losses to the company. This study aims to analyze the assessment design of sustainable FFB suppliers at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill; Analyze alternative decisions for selecting sustainable FFB suppliers at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill; Analyze alternative strategies for improving supplier performance at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill. Promethee analysis method is used to formulate alternative decisions for selecting the best sustainable FFB supplier at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill. In addition, SWOT analysis is used to identify strategies for improving the performance of FFB suppliers at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill. This study indicates 11 criteria for supplier selection sustainability, which will be assessed on 9 FFB suppliers in the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill. Based on Promethee analysis, UD. Meji Jaya was the best sustainable supplier in the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill, with a net flow value of 0,1250. In the Promethee rainbow analysis, the criteria for production, price, quality, service, behavior, ethics, technical implementation of K3, information disclosure, waste management, commitment to preserving the environment, and environmental certificates are the criteria for excellence possessed by UD. Meji Jaya suppliers while delivery is a criterion for weaknesses from UD. Meji Jaya suppliers. Based on the sensitivity analysis on the supplier, UD. Meji Jaya has a stability interval of 0.00-100 percent weight for the ten sustainability criteria that have been prepared, while the delivery criteria tend to be stable in a specific weight range, namely in the 0-11,76 percent weight range. Strategies that can be applied to improve sustainable supplier performance at the Hapesong Palm Oil Mill based on the SWOT analysis that has been prepared are facilitating suppliers in making ISPO certificates, developing or adding partner collaborations with other suppliers, collaborating with the government in socializing the importance of ISPO certificates, developing a reward system and punishment on suppliers, and building strong collaboration between the suppliers.id
