Abstract: Pembangunan Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM) dan Upah Minimum Regional memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Pembangunan Sumberd.aya Manusia dan Upah Minimum Regional berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiski.nan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang memiliki kaitan negatif serta sejalan dengan teori dan penelitian empiris. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan sumberdaya manusia dan upah minimum region.nal terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan model fixed effect, yang terdiri dari data cross section dari 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, da.ta time series periode tahun 2013-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan upah minimum regional. Hasil analisis menunjukan variabel angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan upah minimum regional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Human Resource Development and Regional Minimum Wage has an important roles to reducing proverty level. Human Resource Development and Regional Minimum Wage influences the level of proverty in Province of Central Java, proven to have a negative relationship and in line with theory and empirical research. This research has a purpose to analyze the effect of hum.an resource development and regional minimum wage to level of proverty in Province of Central Java. The study uses panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect method, cross section data from 35 district/city in Province of Centra.l Java, time series data for the period 2013-2018. The research uses three variables are life expectancy, average length of school, and regional minimum wage. The result of the research shows that life expectancy, average length of school, and regional minimum wage significantly influence the level of proverty. in Province of Central Java.
