Abstract: Pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan tanggung jawab korporasi dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Bergerak dan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat mendorong masyarakat pada wilayah operasional perusahaan agar mendapatkan kesempatan dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan keberhasilan program CSR dengan kemandirian masyarakat yang ditentukan oleh sikap partisipan dalam menanggapi proses pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif didukung data kualitatif yang diuji menggunakan SPSS 25.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan program CSR dengan kemandirian masyarakat memiliki hubungan dengan kategori sedang, dilihat dari aspek manfaat, kesesuaian, keberlanjutan, dan partisipasi pada variabel keberhasilan program CSR dan kemandirian masyarakat dilihat dari kemandirian material, intelektual, kognitif, manajemen, dan nilai. Hubungan keberhasilan program CSR dengan kemandirian masyarakat berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keberhasilan program CSR dengan kemandirian masyarakat. The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is the responsibility of the corporation in carrying out its business. Moving and carrying out activities that can encourage people in the company's operational areas to get opportunities to improve economic balance and welfare through implemented programs. This research aims to analyze the relationship of csr program success with community independence determined by the attitude of participants in responding to the program implementation process. The study used quantitative methods supported by qualitative data tested using SPSS 25.0 For Windows. The results showed the success rate of CSR programs with community independence has a relationship with moderate categories, judging from the aspects of benefits, conformity, sustainability, and participation in the success variables of CSR programs and community independence seen from material, intellectual, cognitive, management, and values. The relationship of csr program success with community independence based on the results of spearman rank correlation test there is a significant relationship between the success of CSR programs and community independence.
