dc.description.abstractWaduk Cirata digunakan oleh nelayan sekitar sebagai kegiatan perikanan budidaya dan perikanan tangkap. Alat tangkap tersebut pada umumnya berbahan fiber atau plastik. Mikroplastik masuk ke lingkungan perairan dengan dua cara yaitu secara primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan juga karena informasi mikroplastik pada tutut yang habitatnya di Waduk Cirata belum tersedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data berupa analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan software PAST 4 dan Ms. Excel. Uji normalitas dilakukan untuk menentukan data non parametrik. Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan bahwa karakteristik warna mikroplastik dan ukuran mikroplastik memiliki perbedaan nyata (p>0,05), dan pada bentuk mikroplastik terdapat perbedaan nyata p<0,05). Plastik dari industri perikanan terlihat jelas dalam berbagai penelitian terkait kontaminasinya di sekitar lingkungan. Mikroplastik bentuk fiber yang berasal dari bahan tekstil adalah subkelompok dari mikroplastik. Ukuran mikroplastik terbanyak yang ditemukan dalam Gastropoda adalah <300 µm. Tutut pada waduk Cirata telah tercemar mikroplastik, khususnya bentuk fiber dan fragmen dengan tipe polimernya nylon dan polyethylene (PE).id
dc.description.abstractCirata Reservoir is used by local fishermen for aquaculture and capture fisheries. The fishing gear is generally made of fiber or plastic. Microplastics enter into environment in two ways, primary and secondary. This research was also conducted because information on microplastics in tutut whose habitat is in the Cirata Reservoir is not yet available. This study used data analysis in the form of descriptive statistical analysis using PAST 4 software and Ms. Excel. A normality test was conducted to determine non-parametric data. Based on statistical tests, it was found that the color characteristics of microplastics and sizes of microplastics had significant differences (p>0.05), and in the shape of microplastics, there were significant differences between p<0.05). Plastics from the fishing industry can be seen clearly in various studies related to their contamination around the environment. Microplastics in the form of fibers derived from textile materials are a subgroup of microplastics. The size of the most microplastics found in gastropods was <300 m. Tutut in the Cirata reservoir has been contaminated with microplastics, especially in the form of fibers and fragments with polymer types of nylon and polyethylene (PE).id
