Abstract: The increase in population that is not followed by an increase in food production and distribution capacity causes instability between national food demand and supply which in turn triggers the issue of national food security. One of the efforts that can be made as a contribution to the realization of food security is the development of food estate. To achieve success in the food estate program, the right concept is needed so that the program can be realized as planned. The objective of this study is to formulate the concept of an eco-agroindustrial estate in Central Kalimantan as an alternative land use into an integrated area to produce various agricultural commodities that contribute to achieving national food security, with focusing on integrated mocaf and tofu industry. The research is conducted using descriptive research method with qualitative and quantitative data obtained from the results of previous research literature studies. Central Kalimantan is considered as a good area for developing an eco-agroindustrial estate including rice milling industry, dry shelled corn and milled corn industry, mocaf industry, tofu industry, beef cattle industry, catfish cultivation and processing industry, biomass power plant, and biogas power plant. These industries form a closed loop system and feasible technically and technologically, financially, and environmentally.
