| dc.description.abstract | Wisata kuliner adalah salah satu industri wisata terbesar di dunia. Wilayah penyangga Taman Nasional Gunung Ciremai (TNGC) memiliki potensi wisata kuliner. Wilayah penyangga TNGC memiliki banyak lokasi wisata alam maupun wisata kuliner, terdapat dua daerah yang dapat dioptimalkan berkaitan kedua aspek tersebut yaitu Desa Pasawahan dan Desa Bantaragung yang dimana kedua desa sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengetahuan serta keterampilan masyarakat, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis persepsi berbagai pihak, menyusun program serta strategi pengembangan desa wisata kuliner tradisional berdasarkan minat pengunjung dan kesediaan sumberdaya kuliner. Metode yang digunakan ialah pengumpulan data berupa data kuantitatif dan didukung oleh data kualitatif. Desa Pasawahan memiliki potensi wisata alam yang masih alami dan juga memiiki sumberdaya hayati yang melimpah. Desa Bantaragung memiliki potensi sumberdaya hayati yang melimpah, terdapat jenis kuliner tradisional yang masih bisa dikembangkan, dan memiliki wisata alam yang masih alami. Strategi pengembangan dari kedua desa ialah melakukan perbaikan hubungan antar masyarakat agar desa wisata dapat berjalan dengan maksimal, meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat, dan mengembangkan kreatifitas untuk mengolah hasil sumberdaya hayati. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Culinary tourism is one of the largest tourist industries in the world. The buffer area Gunung Ciremai National Park (TNGC) has culinary tourism potential. TNGC’s buffer area has alot of natural and culinary tourism potential locations. There are two areas that can be optimized related to both aspects, namely Pasawahan Village and Bantaragung Village. Both villages have potential to be developed as tourist villages. This research aims to identify and analyze people's knowledge and skills, identify and analyze the perceptions of various parties, develop programs and strategies for the development of traditional culinary tourism villages based on the interests of visitors and the willingness of culinary resources. The method data collection in the form of quantitative data and supported by qualitative data. Pasawahan village has potential of nature tourism with natural environment and also has abundant of biological resources. Bantaragung village has abundant of biological resources potentials, there are traditional culinary types that can still be developed, and have natural tourism with natural environment. The development strategy of two villages are to improve relations between human resources so that tourism villages can run optimally, improve people's skills and knowledge, and develop creativity to process biological resources results. | id |
