Abstract: Covid-19 telah memengaruhi berbagai sektor dan perusahaan di Indonesia.Salah satu dampaknya yaitu beberapa perusahaan menerapkan sistem kerja dari rumah (KDR). Namun sistem ini tidak dapat diterapkan pada sektor pariwisata. Andreas Resort adalah perusahaan dalam bidang pariwisata yang juga terkena dampak seperti penurunan jumlah pengunjung, penurunan kinerja karyawan, terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja bagi beberapa karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui motivasi karyawan di Andreas Resort Pulau Pahawang selama pandemi, mengetahui kinerja karyawan di Andreas Resort Pulau Pahawang selama pandemi, dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Andreas Resort Pulau Pahawang selama pandemi. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dan sumber data diperoleh dari dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Intrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Andreas Resort. Faktor-faktor motivasi tersebut dapat meningkatan kinerja karyawan Andreas Resort.
Covid-19 has affected various sectors and companies in Indonesia. One of the impacts is that some companies implement work from home (WFH). However, this system cannot be applied to the tourism sector. Andreas Resort is a company in the tourism sector which is also affected by such a decrease in the number of visitors, a decrease in employee performance, the occurrence of layoffs for some employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of employees at Andreas Resort Pahawang Island during the pandemic, knowing the performance of employees at Andreas Resort Pulau Pahawang during the pandemic, and knowing the effect of motivation on employee performance at Andreas Resort Pulau Pahawang during the pandemic. The type of data used in this study is quantitative, and the source of the data is obtained from primary and secondary data. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation had an positive effect on the performance of Andreas Resort employees. These motivational factors can improve the performance of Andreas Resort employees.
