dc.description.abstractA cooperative is a business institution that is based on kinship. Dairy cow farmers come together in cooperatives to achieve common goals together. Cooperatives have an obligation to serve their members. This study aims to analyze the level of member satisfaction toward the services of Dairy Cattle Farmer Cooperative Saluyu Kuningan, West Java. The methods used are gap analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The number of respondents in this study were 40 respondents from 565 total members of the cooperative. The results showed that there were 8 negative attributes in the gap analysis. IPA analysis shows 5 attributes that need more attention and a CSI value of 69.6% which indicates that members are satisfied with cooperative services.id
dc.description.abstractKoperasi merupakan salah satu lembaga usaha yang berasaskan kekeluargaan. Peternak sapi perah berhimpun dalam koperasi unutk mencapai tujuan bersama secara bersama-sama. Koperasi memiliki kewajiban dalam melayani anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan anggota terhadap pelayanan KPSP Saluyu Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis gap, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 responden dari 565 total anggota koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 8 atribut yang bernilai minus dalam analisis gap. Analisis IPA menunjukkan 5 atribut yang perlu diperhatikan lebih dan nilai CSI 69,6% yang menunjukkan anggota merasa puas terhadap pelayanan koperasi.id
