Abstract: Kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) menyebabkan kerugian pada berbagai bidang di kehidupan masyarakat. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah untuk meminimalkan dampak permasalahan karhutla di Indonesia yang salah satunya adalah patroli terpadu karhutla. Aplikasi mobile patroli terpadu karhutla merupakan modul aplikasi yang mempermudah tim patroli dalam proses pelaporan data hasil observasi di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul aplikasi web untuk monitoring data patroli dan manajemen data pengguna patroli karhutla. Pengembangan modul aplikasi web menggunakan metode prototyping dan diuji menggunakan metode blackbox. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, pemodelan rancangan cepat, konstruksi prototipe, dan terakhir penyebaran, penyampaian dan umpan balik. Modul aplikasi web diberi nama Sistem Informasi Patroli Pencegahan Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa modul aplikasi web dapat bekerja dengan baik, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak manajemen aplikasi mobile patroli pencegahan karhutla
Forest and land fires (karhutla) cause losses in various fields of people's lives. Various efforts have been made by the government to minimize the impact of forest and land fire problems in Indonesia, one of which is the integrated forest and land fire patrol. The integrated karhutla patrol mobile application is an application module that can make it easier for the patrol team in the process of reporting data from field observations. This study aims to develop a web application module for monitoring patrol data and data management for forest and land fire patrol users. Development of the web application module used the prototyping method and tested using the blackbox method. The stages in this research are communication, rapid planning, rapid design modelling, construction prototyping, and finally dissemination, delivery and feedback. The web application module is named the Forest and Land Fire Prevention Patrol Information System. Test results show that the web application module can work well, and meets the requirement of the mobile application management of karhutla prevention patrol
