Giant betta fish is a type of betta fish that is in great demand and can be obtained through cross-breeding, but the offspring have a lower growth rate than the parent. This can be supported by giving hormones to increase the growth rate. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of soaking the thyroxine hormone and recombinant growth hormone on the growth of Betta fish larvae. This research was conducted with an experimental method using a completely randomized design (RAL) with 5 treatments: A, control; B, 10 mg/L rGH; C, 0.05 mg/L T4 + 10 mg/L rGH; D, 0.1 mg/L T4 + 10 mg/L rGH; and E, 0.15 mg/L T4 + 10 mg/L rGH and 5 replications. 7 days old larvae with average 0,043±0,001 g of weight and 5,721±0,001 mm of length were soaked for 24 hours. The best results were found in treatment D as seen from the parameters of absolute weight growth (2.153 g), absolute length growth (35.388 mm), relative length growth (6.297%) and daily growth rate (13.67%).
