Abstract: Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross sectional bertujuan menganalisis literasi gizi generasi milenial dan faktor yang berhubungan dengannya. Subjek berjumlah 234 orang dipilih melalui snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online meliputi karakteristik individu dan sosial ekonomi keluarga, media informasi terkait kesehatan, pangan, dan gizi, serta literasi gizi. Lebih dari separuh subjek (62,4%) menyukai informasi berbentuk audio visual dan 42,3% lebih menyukai secara online. Sumber informasi yang paling dipercaya adalah profesional kesehatan, sedangkan yang paling tidak dipercaya adalah teman non tenaga kesehatan. Rata-rata frekuensi mencari informasi 83,3% subjek tergolong jarang dan rata-rata durasi 70,1% subjek terbanyak 1-30 menit. Sebanyak 75,2% subjek cukup percaya diri dan 18,4% sangat percaya diri dalam mencari informasi. Hambatan terbanyak dalam mencari informasi adalah 49,6% khawatir dengan kualitas informasi yang didapat dan 31,6% malas mencari tahu. Tingkat literasi gizi hampir tiga perempat (72,2%) subjek berada pada kategori kurang dan cukup, hanya seperempat (27,8%) subjek pada kategori baik. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan literasi gizi subjek berhubungan signifikan positif (p<0,05) dengan latar belakang pendidikan kesehatan, latar belakang pendidikan gizi, besarnya pendapatan/ uang saku, frekuensi penggunaan media, dan kepercayaan diri, namun tidak berhubungan dengan karakteristik individu lainnya, karakteristik keluarga, durasi penggunaan media, dan hambatan dalam memperoleh informasi. This cross sectional study aimed to analyze nutrition literacy among millennial generation and factors associated. It involved 234 subjects, selected through snowball sampling. Data was collected through an online questionnaire covering individual and family socio-economic characteristics, information media related to health, food and nutrition, and nutrition literacy. More than half of the subjects (62.4%) liked audio-visual information and 42.3% preferred it online. The most trusted source of information were health professionals while the reverse were non health professionals friends. The average frequency of seeking information for the majority can be considered rare with the longest duration of 1-30 minutes. More than a third of the subjects 75.2% are quite confident and 18.4% are very confident in seeking information. The most obstacle to finding information are worrying about the quality of the information obtained (49.6%) and laziness to find out whether they are true (31.6%). Almost three fourth (72.4%) subjects had nutrition literacy level ranging from low to sufficient level, while only one fourth (27.8%) subject classify as good nutrition literacy. The Spearman correlation test showed a positive significant relationship (p<0.05) between nutrition literacy and health education background, nutrition education background, income, frequency of media access and self-confidence, but not related to other individual and family socio-economic characteristics, duration of media use, and barriers to obtaining information.
