The aim of this research to analyze the impact of the Government of Indonesia’s policy, which concerns about the development of financial inclusion in Indonesia towards non-performing loans in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from 2013 to 2018. Capital assistance in the form of credit is given to MSMEs to be a solution to the problem of limited capital in the MSMEs sector. The variables used to analyze are debit balances, credit allowances, and investment in the MSMEs sector. These three variables become one of the methods to increase financial inclusion and one of the largest capital assistance provided to MSMEs. A multiple linear regression model is used to model the relationship between variables. The result of this research shows that credit debit tray and credit allowances have a significant impact on non-performing loans. On the other hand, variable investment has no significant impact on non-performing loans. |
