Abstract: | Peningkatan permintaan produk skin care membuat skin care menjadi kebutuhan sekunder bagi kaum wanita. Namun masih banyak konsumen yang sulit menemukan produk skin care yang cocok dan masih kesulitan dalam mengatasi permasalahan kulit. Ide bisnis Skindcare berupa digital platform diciptakan sebagai solusi untuk membantu permasalahan kulit konsumen dan perawatan kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh calon konsumen dalam perawatan kulit, merancang model bisnis yang cocok untuk mendapatkan product fit market, dan merancang prototype yang sesuai bagi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mix method, data kualitatif bersumber dari hasil indepth interview dan data kuantitatif bersumber dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian masalah, terdapat empat masalah yang dialami oleh konsumen dalam mengatasi permasalahan dan perawatan kulit. Aplikasi Skindcare merupakan aplikasi all in one yang memberikan solusi melalui fitur-fitur. Berdasarkan hasil uji solusi, solusi yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi Skindcare dapat diterima oleh responden. Model bisnis Skindcare terverifikasi berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kesesuaian produk dengan pasar, pelanggan dan cara mencapainya, serta cara perusahaan menghasilkan pendapatan. The increasing demand for skin care products makes skin care a secondary need for women. However, there are still many consumers who find it difficult to find suitable skin care products and still have difficulty in overcoming skin problems. Skindcare business idea as a digital platform was created as a solution to help consumers' skin problems and skin care. This study aims to identify the characteristics and problems faced by prospective consumers in skin care, to design a suitable business model to get a product fit market, and to design a prototype that is suitable for consumers. The method used in this research is the mix method, qualitative data sourced from the results of indepth interviews and quantitative data sourced from the results of distributing questionnaires online. Based on the results of problem testing, there are four problems experienced by consumers in overcoming skin problems. The Skindcare application is an all in one application that provides solution through features. Based on the results of the solution test, the solutions offered by the Skindcare application can be accepted by the respondents. |
