Abstract: | Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan banyak perubahan serta kebiasaan baru di
tengah masyarakat, salah satunya adalah adanya pergeseran pola belanja dan pembayaran
masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya di tengah pandemi. Ketepatan dalam
mengatasi permasalahan proses pembelian bahan baku masakan menjadi komponen
penting yang harus diperhatikan guna menciptakan solusi yang sesuai. Ide bisnis Cooco
berupa aplikasi yang menyediakan layanan pembelian bahan baku masakanpersonalisasi
secara daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis permasalahan yang
dihadapi, mengkaji solusi yang tepat, dan merancang model bisnis yang sesuai. Penelitian
ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan customer
discovery. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat delapan masalah yang dirasakan
konsumen dalam pembelian bahan baku masakan secara daring dan solusi dari Cooco
yaitu berupa enam fitur aplikasi yang dirumuskan berdasarkan preferensi konsumen.
Model bisnis terverifikasi berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kesesuaian produk dengan pasar,
pelanggan dan cara menggapainya, serta cara perusahaan menghasilkan uang yang
diimplementasikan dalam fitur-fitur yang ada. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many changes and new habits in society, one of which is a shift in the pattern of public spending and payments in meeting their needs in the midst of a pandemic. Accuracy in overcoming problems in the purchasing process of cooking raw materials is an important component that must be considered in order to create an appropriate solution. Cooco's business idea is in the form of an application that provides services for purchasing raw materials for personalized dishes online. The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems faced, study the right solutions, and design a suitable business model. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with aapproach customer discovery. Based on the results of the study, there are eight problems that consumers feel in purchasing raw food ingredients online and the solution from Cooco, namely in the form of six application features that are formulated based on consumer preferences. The verified business model is based on three aspects, namely the suitability of the product to the market, the customer and how to reach it, and the way the company makes money which is implemented in the existing features. |
