Readiness to participate in the community in supporting the institutional sustainability of the CSR program can be studied through behavioral intentions from the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This intention is seen from the forming factors in the TPB, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control. In addition, the perception of community organizing is also assumed to shape the tendency of the community to participate in CSR programs. This study aims to examine the intention to participate in CSR programs within the next 2 years and the factors associated with it, namely perceptions of CSR community organization, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of control. The research method used is a survey of 40 respondents who are beneficiaries of the CSR program Utilization of PT. TIW and interviews with informants. Data analysis used correlation between variables, namely Pearson and descriptive analysis. The results show that most respondents view that community organizing carried out by CSR is at the level of Locality development which illustrates that program management has given a lot of space for respondents to participate and make decisions in the program. Most of the respondents have a strong intention to be involved in the CSR program for the Utilization of the Yard. The intention to participate was identified as having a positive correlation with three factors, namely Community Organizing, Attitudes, and Perceptions of Participating Control. The data also shows that the current respondent's participation supports program sustainability and food security.
