Abstract: Telah dilakukan pengukuran konduktansi listrik membran gelembung renang ikan patin dan ikan mas menggunakan sistem transpor ion.
The electric conductance measurement of the swim bladder membrane of catfish and goldfish using the ion transport system has been carried out. In general, this aims to determine the electrical conductance characteristics of the membrane due to the influence of the KCl solution concentration and temperature. The results showed that both the higher the concentration and the temperature used, the electrical conductance of the membrane had a tendency to increase. In the swim bladder of catfish, the lowest conductance was 5,849 × 10-5 S when it was at a concentration of 0,1 mM and a temperature of 286,8 K, while the highest conductance was 6,543 × 10-4 S when it was at a concentration of 120,69 mM and temperature. 325,8 K. In the goldfish swim bladder membrane, the lowest conductance was 9,016 × 10-6 S when it was at a concentration of 0,1 mM and a temperature of 286,8 K, while the highest conductance was 2,09 × 10-3 S when it was at a concentration of 100 mM and a temperature of 328,8 K. Based on the ANOVA analysis, the most significant factor on the electrical conductance of the catfish swim bladder membrane was concentration then temperature and on the goldfish swim bladder membrane was the concentration followed by temperature, the square of the concentration, and the interaction. concentration and temperature. The predicted values of the RSM regression equation were found to be consistent with those observed, indicating that the regression equation can be used to predict responses.
