Abstract: Limbah kain yang dikenal dengan sebutan kain perca merupakan limbah padat yang sulit terurai sehingga membutuhkan pengolahan untuk mengurangi dampak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan penjahit terhadap produk women sociopreneurship Patch.id, menyusun model bisnis women sociopreneurship Patch.id yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dan penjahit, dan menyusun rancangan implementasi model bisnis women sociopreneurship Patch.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan customer discovery dengan model lean canvas dan diagram SIPOC sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya (1) Pelanggan mengharapkan desain produk yang unik, kekinian, simpel, berwarna netral, serta kemasan yang dapat digunakan kembali, ramah lingkungan dan terdapat informasi produk. Harapan penjahit diantaranya produk bervariasi, sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dan dapat diterima di pasar, (2) Model lean canvas yang terverifikasi melalui tahapan pengujian masalah dan pengujian solusi, (3) Rancangan implementasi women sociopreneurship Patch.id menggunakan diagram SIPOC yang dapat dijalankan oleh aktor pemberdayaan.
Textile waste, known as patchwork, is a type of solid waste that is difficult to decompose and therefore need to be treated to decrease the impact on the environment. This research aims to the customers and tailors preferences towards the women sociopreneurship’s product named Patch.id, map out a business model that suit the customers and tailors needs, and arrange an implementation plan for the Patch.id business model. The method used is customer discovery with a lean canvas model and SIPOC diagram for analysis tools. The results obtained are (1) Customers expect the to have a unique, relevant, and simple design with neutral colours and for the packaging to be reusable, environmentally friendly and have product information. For tailors, the product is expected to have various designs, suit the customers preferences and meet the demand in the market, (2) Verified lean canvas model is obtained through problem test and solution test steps, (3) Woman sociopreneurship Patch.id implementation plan that formulated in SIPOC diagram can be utilized by empowerment actors.
