Abstract: | Indramayu merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Indonesia yang memiliki
potensi pada sektor pertanian. Kelompok tani dibentuk untuk mengembangkan
sektor pertanian. Namun, seiring perkembangan teknologi disertai usia petani
yang mayoritas tua, maka sektor pertanian membutuhkan generasi muda. Dengan
demikian, dirancanglah kelompok tani milenial yang disebut WEERA. WEERA
berupaya menggabungkan tiga komponen, yaitu kelompok tani, anak muda
(milenial), dan social enterprise. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang value
creation WEERA untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja kelompok tani di
Indramayu dan memetakan potensi dampak WEERA. Penelitian ini menggunakan
empat alat analisis yaitu, VRIO, analisis gain, social enterprise BMC, dan theory
of change: logic model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan WEERA sebagai wadah
untuk berkreasi, meningkatkan perekonomian dan kinerja kelompok tani, serta
menghilangkan paradigma negatif terhadap pertanian dan petani pada anak muda. Indramayu is one of the districts in Indonesia that has potentials in the agriculture sector. Farmer group is formed to improve the agriculture sector. However, along with the development of technology followed by the age of farmers that are mostly old, the sector needs the young generation. Thus, a millennial farmer group called WEERA was designed. WEERA attempted to combine three components, namely farmer group, young generation (millennial), and social enterprise. This study aimed to design WEERA’s value creation to support the improvement of farmer group's performance in Indramayu and map the potential impacts of WEERA. This research used four analytical tools, namely VRIO, gain analysis, social enterprise BMC, and theory of change: logic model. The result of this study showed WEERA as a place for being creative, improving the farmer group’s economy and performance, and removing the negative paradigm about agriculture and farmer in young generation. |
