Abstract: | Jumlah perempuan usia produktif yang mendominasi menjadikannya peluang bagi Indonesia untuk memaksimalkan bonus demografi. Keterbatasan perempuan muda untuk memanajemen karir membuat mereka belum maksimal berkontribusi. Maka dari itu, Femie Academy hadir sebagai digital career solution yang menyediakan wadah khusus untuk perempuan muda memanajemen karir secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh perempuan muda dalam memanajemen karirnya, merancang model bisnis yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan konsumen, serta merancang prototype yang sesuai. Metode penelitian menggunakan design thinking dengan alat analisis berupa empathy map, rancangan model bisnis dalam Lean Canvas, serta USE Questionnaire untuk melakukan Usability Analysis terhadap prototype yang dirancang. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa perempuan muda mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam manajemen karir sehingga model bisnis dan prototype Femie Academy dibuat khusus untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. The number of young women make an opportunity for Indonesia to maximize the demographic bonus. Limitations of young women in managing their careers make them not maximally contributing. Therefore, Femie Academy is here as a digital career solution that provides a special place to manage their career. This study aims to identify the young women problems in managing their careers, designing the right business model solve consumer problems, and designing the prototype that fit to the market. This research used design thinking method, empathy maps, Lean Canvas, and USE Questionnaire to carry out a Usability Analysis. The results of this study indicate that young women experience various problems in career management so that the Femie Academy business model and prototype are made to solve these problem. |
