| dc.description.abstract | Terdapat kesadaran baru mengenai humanisasi dalam era industri 5.0 yang disebabkan oleh kegagalan pasar, kegagalan pemerintah, dan kegagalan etika bisnis. Usaha sosial yang merupakan entitas dengan tujuan mengatasi permasalahan pelayanan publik dengan menggunakan fungsi bisnis menjadi faktor pendukung dalam mewujudkan revolusi industri 5.0 dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sebuah rekomendasi berupa model bisnis yang tepat untuk dapat diimplementasikan di Indonesia dengan didasarkan oleh hasil identifikasi praktek terbaik dari Korea Selatan dalam konteks usaha sosial serta komparasinya terhadap faktor eksternal aktual yang terjadi di Indonesia. Analisis deskriptif terhadap studi komparasi faktor eksternal dan model bisnis dilakukan menggunakan alat analisis PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Legal, Environment) dan tipologi model bisnis Alter 2017. Penelitian menghasilkan dua rekomendasi model bisnis yang diajukan yaitu Independent Social Movement Business Model of Social Enterprises dan Integrated – External Mixed Business Model of Social Enterprise. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | A modern awareness of humanization occurs within the Industry 5.0 period caused by market failures, government failures, and business ethics failures. A social enterprise, entities with the point of overcoming public service problems using business functions, is critical in realizing the 5.0 industrial revolution and sustainable development in Indonesia. This study aims to formulate a suggestion in the form of a business model to be actualized in Indonesia based on the distinguishing proof of benchmarking from South Korea within the setting of social enterprises and their comparison to actual external factors in Indonesia. The descriptive analysis from the comparative study of external factors and business models was carried out using PESTLE analysis tools (Politics, Economics, Social, Technology, Legal, Environment) and business model typology (Alter 2017). The results generates two business model recommendation, those are Independent Social Movement Business Model of Social Enterprises and Integrated – External Mixed Business Model of Social Enterprise. | id |
