dc.description.abstractPandemi COVID-19 ikut memberikan dampak negatif kepada PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama ditandai dengan menurunnya kepuasan kerja dan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan. Pandemi ini juga memaksa karyawan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja mereka, maka dari itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kepuasan kerja dan perilaku OCB karyawan agar kinerja perusahaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis persepsi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan OCB saat sebelum dan setelah ada COVID-19, (2) menganalisis perbedaan kepuasan kerja dan OCB saat sebelum dan setelah ada COVID-19, (3) menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan OCB saat sebelum dan setelah ada COVID-19. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 39 orang . Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada dimensi kepuasan kerja dan OCB saat sebelum dan setelah ada COVID-19. Selain itu, baik saat sebelum dan setelah ada COVID-19 dimensi kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap OCB, namun secara parsial saat sebelum ada COVID-19 variabel yang memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan adalah pekerjaan itu sendiri (X1), kompensasi (X2), promosi (X3), rekan kerja (X5), dan kondisi kerja (X6). Sedangkan pada saat setelah ada COVID-19, variabel yang memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan adalah kompensasi (X2), dan kondisi kerja (X6).id
dc.description.abstractThe COVID-19 pandemic also had an impact on PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama, marked by reduced on job satisfaction and employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This pandemic also forces employees to continue to improve their performance, therefore companies need to pay attention to job satisfaction and OCB so that company performance increases. This study aims to (1) analyze employee perceptions of job satisfaction and OCB before and after COVID-19, (2) analyze differences in job satisfaction and OCB before and after COVID-19, (3) analyze the effect of job satisfaction and OCB before and after COVID-19. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with 39 total respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data processing and analysis methods used are Wilcoxon test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS applications. The results showed that there were differences in the dimensions of job satisfaction and OCB before and after COVID-19. In addition, both before and after COVID-19, the dimensions of job satisfaction simultaneously affected OCB, but partially before there was COVID-19 the variables that had a positive and significant effect were work itself (X1), compensation (X2), promotions (X3), coworkers (X5), and working conditions (X6). Meanwhile, prior to COVID-19, the variables that had a positive and significant effect were compensation (X2) and working conditions (X6).id
