Abstract: | Penyakit Demam Berdarah (DBD) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh
virus dengue yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti atau Aedes
albopictus. Pemberian insektisida terhadap nyamuk yang menjadi penyebab
penyebaran penyakit DBD dapat mempengaruhi populasi individu dan populasi
nyamuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkonstruksi model endemik SEIR-SEI,
menentukan titik tetap dan bilangan reproduksi dasar, menganalisis kestabilan titik
tetap dan sensitivitas, serta melakukan simulasi untuk melihat pengaruhpemberian
insektisida terhadap nyamuk. Analisis kestabilan titik tetap ditentukan dengan
kriteria Routh-Hurtwiz yang menghasilkan bilangan reproduksi dasar ℛ0. Analisis
sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa perubahan parameter laju pemberian insektisida
terhadap nyamuk berpengaruh terhadap bilangan reproduksi dasar. Pada bagian
akhirdilakukan simulasi menggunakan Software Mathematica 11.3. Hasil simulasi
menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan laju pemberian insektida terhadap nyamuk akan
menurunkan kasus individu terinfeksi pada populasi. Dengue Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Giving insecticides to mosquitoes which cause the spread of DHF can effect individual population and mosquito population. The purposes of this study are to reconstruct the SEIR-SEI endemic model, to determine the equilibrium point and the basic reproduction number, to analyze the stability of the equilibrium point and sensitivity, and to carry out simulation of giving insectisides on mosquitoes. Analysis of the stability of equilibrium point is determined by the Routh-Hurwitz criterion which produce the basic reproduction number ℛ0. The sensitivity analysis showed that changes in the rate of insecticide application to mosquitoes had an effect on the basic reproduction numbers. Simulation is carried out using Mathematica 11.3 Sofware. The simulation result show that an increase in the rate of insecticide application to mosquitoes will reduce cases of infected individuals in the population. |
