Faktor-faktor Komunikasi yang Berhubungan dengan Motivasi untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi (Studi Kasus di Pusdiklat Pegawai Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika Jakarta Barat)
Abstract
This research attempts to answer the questions of communication factors such as characteristics of personality, human relations, communication organizational have correlation with officials motivation to improvement organization activity. This research was done using survey research method and analyzed of software SPSS version 12.00, statistical method namely Chi-Square and Spearman-Rank test to see correlation among variables. The number of the respondent is 85 officials in Pusdiklat Kominfo. Reliability of instrument has realiable with value Rcount 0,774 (human relations), 0,710 (communication organizational) dan 0,895 (motivation) more high than Rcritical 0,247. The result of this research are (1) There is positive significant correlation between characteristics of personality (education, functionary) with motivation (self actualization, expectation) and negative significant correlation between level of position and physiological needs (2)There is significant correlation between human relations with officials motivation (3) There is significant correlation between organization communication and officials motivation.
