Manfaat Ekonomi Jasa Lingkungan dan Strategi Pengelolaan Wilayah di Sekitar Taman Nasional Lore Lindu (TNLL) (Studi Kasus di Desa Salua, Kecamatan Kulawi, Kabupaten Donggala, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah)

Abstract

Lore Lindu Nasional Park produces various environmental services, such as: water regulation, flood and erosion control, prop to spreading of disease and pest, and also conservation of biodiversity. The aim of this study is to calculate the economic benefit of environmental service from Lore Lindu Nasional Park, specially for unknown environmental, flood and erosion danger) and to formulate the management strategy of region around Lore Lindu National Park. This Study used Contingent Valuation Method and SWOT Analyse. Base on willingness to pay in from of money contribution, economic benefit of environmental service to preventive unknow environmental danger is equal to 10.917.818,18/year, in the other hand, base on labor contribution, is equal to 10.166 days working/year (1 day working equal to 8 hours working). The economic benefit for preventive from flood and erosion danger is equal to 10.166 days working/year, same with economic benefit on preventive unknow environmental danger. If labour contribution converted into money or, it is equal to 250.200.000 rupiah/year ( 1 day working = Rp. 25.000). Base on SWOT analyse, effective strategy to manage the region around Lore Lindu Nasional Park is defensif strategy, with weaknesses and thereats minimization.
