The Indonesia is richer of natural resources which abundance for resource of energy, raw material resource, and also human resource. Meanwhile, the contamination of environment to day is keeping increase even become worse, especially in industrial area. The aims of this research are: to get information about condition of existing and amount of steel industrial disposal production which have not exploited yet. By knowing contamination of territorial water and health of society in industrial estate of Krakatau Cilegon from steel waste which cannot be recycled; Formulating the model of steel industrial waste management for maintaining the sustainability of coastal region and health of society; Formulating sustainable environmental oriented policy of steel industrial waste management system. The methods used in this research are: Investment analysis; AHP; ISM; and dynamic modeling. The result of this analysis: the measurement of assessment result of investment analysis NPV is 1,885,022 USD and BCR> 3, its mean beneficial investment, besides best level (1) is waste of slurry CRM. Selection priority in asphodel is obtained by result of calculation of weight importance focus variable to target variable.
