Preferensi dan Persepsi konsumsi Terhadap Makanan Tradisional Sunda
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify consumer’s preference and perception on Sundanese restaurants in Kotamadya Bogor. Data were gathered from two sundanese restaurants in Kotamadya Bogor. About 100 repondents were interviewed during their visit to the restaurants. Respondents were asked to indicated their preferences on different kinds of fish and meats, vegetables, and snack food; and their perceptions on food attributes : taste, price, appearance, nutrition contents, service, and processing. The result of the study showed that respondents still preferred Sundanese traditional foods, even they chose to eat traditional foods when they visited restaurants. The respondents also perceived traditional foods as tasty, relatively less expensive, interesting appearance, nutritious, and quickly served.
