The Ability of Aquatic Plant on Bioremediation Process of Domestic Wastewater in Small Scale by Simulation System.
Abstract
Bioremediasi adalah salah satu proses untuk meningkatkan kualitas limbah secara biologis. Daiam penelitian ini dipelajari efek bioremediasi rnenggunakan tanaman air yang dikombinasikan dengan pengenceran limbah, terhadap peningkatan kualitas limbah rumah tangga. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh bioremediasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas limbah, menjelaskan peranan komposisi tanaman air, menghitung efektivitas setiap jenis tanaman air, membandingkan kualitas limbah yang telah melalui prases bioremediasi dengan baku mutu, serta menganalisis efek limbah rurnah tangga terhadap kehidupan ikan air tawar. Bioremediation is a process to improve wastewater quality biologically. Through this research, an experiment has been made on the bioremediation of domestic wastewater by using aquatic plant, combining by diluting on the increase of domestic wastewater quality. The purpose of this research is to recognize the influence of bioremediation on the increase of domestic wastewater quality, to describle the role of aquatic plant compositions, to measure the effectivity of each aquatic plant, to compare the wasteater quality which has been processed through such bioremediation with the satandard of quality, and the analyse the effect of domestic wastewater on the life of fresh water fish.
