Collaborative management of national park is an approach that encourages the establishment of partnerships which promote mutual benefit for involved parties. This study focus on evaluation of the collaborative process aimed to sthrengthen and/or improved the collaborative perfomence in the park. Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to make decision based on multi-criteria and indicator, a site specific standard was developed based on delphy method involved experts from national park, and collaborative actors.Actual value of each indicator then assessed based on predefined intensity scale from very bad to very good. This research show that standard values in Way Kambas National Park is 0,761, while the actual value is 0,790. This mean that collaborative management process in the park was beyond a minimum requirements defined by experts. Based on sensitivity analysis, sthrengthening collaborative management process can be carried with : 1) commitment to collaborative aggrement, 2) the consistency to implement the agreement on rights and obligations, 3) equality distribution of costs and benefits, and 4) improved transparency of decision-making process
