Keuntungan Pengelolaan Hutan Rakyat Pola Kemitraan di Wilayah Bogor Barat (Kasus Kelompok Tani Rimba Lestari dan Sejahtera Tani).

Abstract

The partnership pattern has believed to be a way to overcome the capital problems in the developing and construction of community forests. Partnerships cooperation in developing community forest enterprises can improve opportunities chance and gain business profit. The objectives of this research were to analyze the ratio and economic profit sharing and also to know the pattern of community forest business partnerships. The research was conducted on two groups of farmers who runs a business partnership of community forests, which Sejahtera Tani Farmer Group in Cibunian village of the Pamijahan District and Rimba Lestari Farmer Group in Karacak village of the Leuwiliang District. The result showed that both of Farmer Group have developed the community forest business with partnership patern between farmers, land owners, and investors. Business profit was earned by Sejahtera Tani Farmer Group was Rp 238 500 000/hectar and Rimba Lestari Farmer Group was Rp 162 250 000/hectar. Profit sharing of Sejahtera Tani Farmer Group was allocated 30% for farmers and 70% for the investor. Meanwhile the profit sharing of Rimba Lestari Farmer Group was allocated 30% for farmers, 40% for investors, 20% for land owners and 10% for farmer group.
