Analysis of irrigation institutional in decentralization's irrigation management. (case study : Tajum's irrigation area at district Banyumas, Province Central Java, 2002).

Abstract

Arising conflict with is caused by the scarcity of water's irrigation, and the lacking of eflective and eficient irrigation institutional in it's management. As Macro levels, these are caused by misleading development policy which is charaterized by centralistic policy, target oriented homogenoeus and just technically and economically consideration. Ones of the problem solving is decentralization of water irrigation management.
