Abstract
Reef fish is an organism that has the greatest individu number in the coral. The purpose of this study was to assess the type and abundance of reef fish and the value of diversity index, uniformity and dominance in the area of cultivation of coral transplantation in Pramuka Island and the surrounding waters. Observations reef fish and water samples were taken from the transplant area of 5 stations in March 2015. Reef fish are found in both the transplant area totaling 1126 individuals. Families are found in both the transplant area numbered 16 families and consists of 51 species. The average value of the index of diversity at observation area in the medium category. The average value of the index uniformity at observation area was include in the category of high uniformity and stable community. The average value dominance index was calculate at observation area are in the low category dominance.
