      Efektifitas Pemberian Infusa Buah Adas (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Kalsium dan Fosfor Darah Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus) Ovariektomi.

      Abstract
      Aging is common problem that usual accomplished by every people especially woman. Aging is one of occured when there is a decreasing of estrogen and calcium levels in the body. Adas plants contain the substance similiar to the active estrogen and potential for anti aging. This research was objected to see the effect of adas fruit infusion for enhancing of calcium and phosphor level in the ovariectomy rat’s blood. Twenty five rats were ovariectomized and acclimatizated for 45 days. The rats were divided into five groups with each groups consisted from five rats. First group was Negative Control (KN) with aquadest of 0.5 mg/100 g bb. Second group was positive Control (KP) with etinil estradiol of 0.25 mg/100 g bb. Third groups was Dose One Group (D1) with adas infusion of 73 mg/100 g bb. Fourth group was Dose Three Group (D) with adas infusion 146 mg/100 g bb. Fifth group was Dose Three Group (D3) with adas infusion 292 mg/100 g bb. The treatment was held for fifteen days and in the day sixteen, blood sample was taken. Adas fruit infusion test showed the increasing level of calcium and phosphor on D1, D2, and D3. The result showed that the most effective dose to increase calcium and phosphor level was at D3 with 13.51 mg/dl and 6.56 mg/dl
