      Abstract
Paddy is a staple food for most of the Indonesian people. Paddy farmers usually use chemical fertilizers as the main production input to achieve high productivity. It causes a diminishing quality of soil chemical, biological, and physical properties. The research objective was to find out the effects of organomaterial fertilizer and biofertilizer on the growth and productivity of IF8 and Lentera paddy varieties using SRI planting pattern on an Inceptisol. The research consisted of land preparation, seedling, planting and fertilizers application, harvesting, observation, and data analysis and interpretation. The research used Split Plot CRD (Completely Randomized Design) experimental design with rice paddy varieties (IF8 and Lentera) and biofertilizer (without and 24 L/ha) as the main plot, and organo-mineral fertilizer (without and 600 kg/ha) as the sub slot, and 3 replications resulted in 24 experimental units. The main plot treatments significantly increased panicle length, numbers of unhulled rice per panicle, and crop productivity, but not significantly affected plant height, numbers of tillers, and weight of 1000 grains. The sub plot treatments significantly increased plant height, numbers of tillers, and crop productivity, but not significantly affected panicle length, numbers of unhulled rice per panicle, and weight of 1000 grains
