Penentuan Beban Fosfat di Perairan Situ Cilala, Desa Jampang, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat

Abstract

Nutrients are one of determining factors in the development of water ecosystem. The relationship between nutrients and algae growth can be determined by identifying the source and magnitude of nutrient inputs to waters (nutrient budget). Determination of phosphorus budget can be determined by identifying and calculating the amount of P input to waters and P output from waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the phosphorus budget as the basis for estimating potency of eutrophication in Situ Cilala. The results of this study showed that depth of Situ Cilala was relatively shallow, the surface area was 12 ha, the average depth was 1,88 m, and the maximum depth was 4,80 m with low relative depth (1,23%). Overall, P budget in Situ Cilala was 1345,2282 kg. The value of P budget was a joint between P budget come from sediment, sewage floating net cages, and inlet, was 11416,2891 kg and P budget that out from the system was 256,7873kg.
