Kelayakan pengembangan usaha pembenihan ikan patin siam pada Pasirgaok Fish Farm Kecamatan Rancabungur Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Pasirgaok Fish Farm (PFF) is Patin Siam’s hatchery in Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency, West Java. PFF has potential to development business because there was demand excess and useless land. Development business plan of PFF is intensification egg incubation techniques with hatchery funnel system (scenario II), extensification from actual condition (scenario III), and combination between extensification and intensification (scenario IV). This research to analyze the feasibility of Patin Siam’s hatchery development business, and the effect of reduction lays production and rising prices of lays feed. The analytical method used was a qualitative analysis to analyze non-financial feasibility (technical, management, legal, social, environmental) and quantitative analysis to analyze the financial feasibility of investment criteria (NPV, Net B/C, IRR, PP),and sensitivity analysis.
