Internship program provides knowledge and skills in aspects agronomy of oil palm, both technical and managerial. This internship activities were started from February 2014 to June 2014 at Adolina Estate PTPN IV Persero, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatera. Intership activities included, worker in the field as laborer, as supervisor and field manager. Management of harvesting included harvester, harvest capacity, harvest quality, and production as well as productivity of the palm. Secondary data were collected form literature and field devision archives such as monthly and annuals reports, as well as documentation of the field activities. Generally the needs of the harvester in Adolina Estate has been sufficient, but the quality and capacity of the harvest still low. Ripe fruits were not harvested and there were still many loosed fruits which has not been collected in the field. The production and productivity of palm per year of transplanting is not based on target. Better quality harvester and more intensive control by supervisor will improve quality and quantity of harvest.
