      Analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di provinsi jawa timur 2001-2011

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Provinsi JawaTimur dengan menggunakan data panel 37 kabupaten di Jawa Timur dari tahun 2001-2011. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) riil sektor industri, Upah minimum Kabupaten (UMK), dan jumlah industri di setiap kabupaten yang dianalisis. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah jumlah tenaga kerja sektor industri. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda data panel dengan Fix Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMK dan jumlah industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di Jawa Timur, sedangkan PDRB riil sektor industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan. UMK berhubungan negatif dengan jumlah tenaga kerja sektor industri, sedangkan jumlah unit industri berhubungan positif.
       
      The aim of this reasearch is to anlyze the factors affecting Employment of Industries Sector in East Java Province using panel data from 37 regencies in east java from 2001 to 2011. The independent variable used the real Regional Gross Domectic Product (GDP) of industries sector, minimum wages, and the total of industries in east java. The employment of industries sector were used as dependent variable. The methode used descriptive analysis and regression of panel data using Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The result indicate that minimum wage and the total of industries influence the employment of Industries Sector in East Java Province significantly, while the real regional GDP of industries sector unsignificantly. Minimum wage has negatif relation and the total of industries has positive relation to dependent variable.
