Persepsi anggota terhadap kinerja dan karakteristik anggota dalam memilih koperasi konvensional dan baitul maal wa tamwil
Abstract
One of the non-bank financial institutions that is also grown and developed along with the banking development is a microfinance institution. Among them are Baitul Maal wa Tamwil and Mitra Karsa Cooperative that located in Bogor, with developments in terms of assets and members are relatively significant from 2011 to 2013. This study analyze characteristics that influence the decision of members in choosing BMT and cooperative by using logsitic regression method. Perceptions of the service with the performance assessment of BMT and cooperative by using descriptive analysis. Results of analysis showed the characteristics that influence the decisions of members choose the BMT are gender, job, and monthly income. The third characteristic has a positive influence on the effect of the decision choosing BMT. Meanwhile, the characteristic that influence the decisions of members choose conventional cooperative is education. In terms of perceptions of service for BMT and conventional cooperative can be concluded as a good enough, particulary related with reliability and assurance.
