      Pengaruh keterlibatan penggunaan produk, pengalaman ketidakpuasan dan akses informasi terhadap niat komplain pengguna listrik

      Abstract
      Adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan listrik dapat memunculkan niat komplain dalam diri konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan penggunaan produk, pengalaman ketidakpuasan dan akses informasi terhadap niat komplain terkait penggunaan listrik. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Ciparigi, Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Contoh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang yang terdiri atas suami atau istri yang mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan komplain ketika ada permasalahan terkait listrik dan sering berinteraksi dengan karyawan PLN. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi niat komplain adalah keterlibatan penggunaan produk, jumlah sumber informasi untuk komplain pada PLN dan status pekerjaan. Faktor yang tidak memengaruhi niat komplain adalah usia, lama pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, pengalaman ketidakpuasan dan jumlah sumber informasi hak dan kewajiban konsumen.
       
      Dissatisfaction toward electrical service will trigger complain intention within a consumer. This research was aimed to analyze the effects of involvement product usage, dissatisfied experience and information accesess on complaining intention. This study used cross sectional design that held in Sub-district Ciparigi, District North Bogor. The samples in this research were 120 persons whether husband or wife who takes decision on complaining related to electricity and the people who are frequently interactive with PLN officer. The data was obtained by using questionaired interview. The result showed that the involvement product usage, the number of information access related to complaint and occupational status were positively significant influence on complaint intention. There were several factors did not influence on complaint intention, such as age, education length, family income, dissatisfied experiences and number of information resources related to consumer right and obligation.
