Pengaruh gaya pengasuhan dan kekerasan Verbal-Nonverbal terhadap perilaku tawuran remaja smk
Abstract
HERNI DWI NOVITA WAHYUNI. “Pengaruh Gaya Pengasuhan dan Kekerasan Verbal-Nonverbal terhadap Perilaku Tawuran Remaja SMK”. Dibimbing oleh DWI HASTUTI. Perilaku tawuran dikalangan pelajar tetap menjadi masalah yang serius di Indonesia. Remaja yang bermasalah tidak dapat terlepas dari pengasuhan orangtua di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya pengasuhan dan kekerasan verbal-nonverbal terhadap perilaku tawuran di Kota Bogor. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional study, bertempat di SMK X yang dipilih secara purposive. Sebanyak 72 pelajar dipilih secara nonprobability sampling. Remaja mayoritas melakukan tawuran kurang dari lima kali dalam enam bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar ayah (56.94%) menerapkan gaya pengasuhan permisif, sedangkan untuk gaya pengasuhan ibu lebih dari setengahnya menerapkan pengasuhan otoritatif (63.89%). Presentase terbesar kekerasan verbal diperoleh dari teman (66.67%) dan saudara (20.83%). Presentase terbesar kekerasan nonverbal diperoleh dari teman (27.78%), ayah (20.83%), dan guru (20.83%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengasuhan otoritatif ibu berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku tawuran. Sedangkan pengasuhan otoriter ayah dan kekerasan nonverbal berpengaruh positif dengan perilaku tawuran. HERNI DWI NOVITA WAHYUNI. Students fighting behavior still becomes serious problem in Indonesia. Trouble teenagers can not be separated from parenting at home. The aim of this research was to know the effect of parenting style and verbal-nonverbal violence toward fighting behavior of vocational school students in Bogor. Cross Sectional Study applied as the designed of research while the location took place at SMK X which had been chosen purposively. Using nonprobability sampling, 72 students were participated. Teenagers tends to do the fighting less than five times in last six month. The results showed that most of father applied permissive style (56.94%), whereas more than half mother’s applied authoritative parenting style (63.89%). The largest percentage of the verbal violence obtained from friends (66.67%) and sibling (20.83%). The largest percentage of the nonverbal violence obtained from peers(27.78%), father (20.83%), and teacher (20.83%). Study revealed that mother’s authoritative style had effected negatively and significant with students fighting behavior. Meanwhile father’s authoritarian parenting style and nonverbal violence effected positively significant toward students fighting behavior.
