      Abstract
      Film tipis BST dan BST didadah ferium (BFST) telah berhasil ditumbuhkan di atas substrat si (100) tipe-p. Film tipis ditumbuhkan dengan metode chemical solution deposition (CSD) dan spin coating, dengan kelarutan prekursor 1.00 M denga kecepatan putar 3000 rpm selama 30 detik. Film tipis ini di annealing pada suhu 850 oC selama 15 jam dalam suasana oksigen. Film tipis Ba0,5Sr0,5TiO3 ini memiliki sifat optik yaitu reflektansi maksimum pada kisaran panjang gelombang 320-330 nm, energi band gap sebesar 3,46 eV, koefisien absorbansi dan eksitasi yang bervariasi terhadap panjang gelombang, indeks bias pada panjang gelombang 450 nm (n=2,49) dan Eo (7.41 eV) serta Ed (26.47 eV).
       
      Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 (BST) and Iron doped BST (BFST) thin films were successfully deposited on p-type Si (100) substrates. The thin films were fabricated by the chemical solution deposition (CSD) and spin coating method, with 1.00 M precursor and spinning speed of 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. The post deposition annealing were carried out iron doped BST annealing 850OC for 15 hour in oxygen gas atmosphere, respectively. The optical properties of the grown thin films in wavelength 320 – 330 nm, band gap is 3,46 eV, reflectance index at wavelengeth 450 nm (n=2,49), Eo (7.41 eV) and Ed (26.47 eV).
