Perubahan Peran Sumberdaya Bersama menjadi Ekowisata Berbasis Mayarakat di Ecopark Cibinong Science Center, Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Shared resources has an important role for people in an area. The resources that is literally owned by communities maximally utilized by the community for their daily lives, which is recreation and source of income. The change occur when resource with the role turn into ecotourism. Ecotourism is a responsible travel journey for the preservation of nature and well-being of local communities. Active role in managing ecotourism potential is important because people have knowledge about nature and potential attractiveness of the value as ecotourism. The purpose of this research is to analize the roale of the shared resources and the changes over into ecotourism and also to see the community involvement in the management of the ecotourism. The result showed a change in the role since the resources become ecoourism in Kampung Sampora. The change is the community in there can no longer access the resources that were previously used by them, such as bathing, fishing dan sanitation. However, there is a positive change from the establishment of ecotourism, whicj is the level of income and standard of living increases, then based on the research, community involvement in the management of ecotourism is still so less in Kampung Sampora, so this is can not be said community-based ecotourism.
