Faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi Preferensi Mahasiswa IPB Terhadap Tabungan Syariah

Abstract

Islamic banking is one of the financial institutions that are being developed at this time. Compared with the conventional banking customers who have stood since a long time time in Indonesia, Islamic banking customers is still relatively small. One of the huge potential for Islamic banking market is college students. Logistic regression method used in this study to analyze the factors that influence IPB students in choosing a savings. Descriptive analysis method used to analyze the student knowledge of sharia savings, the student confidence of sharia savings, and the student assessment against the facility of sharia savings. The data used in this study are primary data taken through an online questionnaire and secondary data taken from the literature. The result showed that the student knowledge of sharia savings, the student confidence of sharia savings, and student gender are factors that most influence students in choosing sharia savings. The result by descriptive analysis method showed that the student knowledge of sharia savings, the student confidence of sharia savings, and the student assessment against the facility of sharia savings are in good categories.
